Common Questions

How much does it cost to use Aerius View?

Submitting a project request is completely free for clients. There are no platform fees, no subscription costs, and no obligation to hire. You pay the surveyor directly for their services if you choose to proceed.

How many surveyors will contact me?

Typically 1-3 surveyors will reach out, depending on your location and service type. In cities where we have deeper coverage, you may hear from more. In newer markets, it may be just one.

What if no surveyors are available in my area?

We are expanding our network weekly. If no surveyors currently serve your area, we will let you know and reach out as soon as coverage is added. You can also check our Locations page to see current coverage.

Are the surveyors actually licensed?

Yes. Every surveyor in our network must hold an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, which is required for commercial drone operations in the United States. We verify this before any contractor receives leads.

Can I see examples of a surveyor’s work before hiring?

Yes. When surveyors contact you, ask for their portfolio or past project examples. You can also ask for references from previous clients. We encourage due diligence before hiring any contractor.

What happens after I hire a surveyor?

The relationship is between you and the surveyor. They will handle flight planning, weather scheduling, airspace clearance if needed, data processing, and deliverable preparation. Aerius View facilitates the introduction but is not involved in the transaction.
