When you submit a project request through our forms, we collect:

From Contractor Applications

When a drone operator applies to join our network, we collect:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• FAA Part 107 certificate number
• Service area zip codes and service specialties
• Equipment, technology, and software information
• Years of experience
• Website or portfolio link

Automatically Collected Information

When you submit a project request, we share your name, contact information, zip code, and project details with one or more surveyors in our network who serve your area. These surveyors are independent contractors, not employees of Aerius View. We share only the information necessary for them to contact you and prepare a quote.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain project request data for 12 months after submission, after which it is automatically deleted. Contractor application data is retained for as long as the contractor remains active in our network, plus 90 days after deactivation.
