These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aeriusview.com (the "Site") operated by Aerius View, a service of Agentic Trust ("Aerius View," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. What Aerius View Is

Aerius View is a referral platform that connects individuals and businesses seeking aerial survey services ("Clients") with independent, FAA-certified drone operators and surveying professionals ("Contractors"). We are not a surveying company. We do not employ Contractors. We do not perform surveys. We facilitate introductions between Clients and Contractors.

2. Important Disclaimers

  • Contractors are independent. Surveyors in our network are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Aerius View. We do not control how they perform surveys, what equipment they use, or how they deliver results.
  • We do not guarantee results. We match Clients with Contractors based on location and service type. We do not guarantee that any Contractor will provide a quote, that any quote will be accurate, or that the completed survey will meet your expectations.
  • We do not set pricing. Contractors set their own prices. Any pricing ranges shown on our Site are estimates based on market data, not binding quotes.
  • We do not verify insurance. We verify FAA Part 107 certification for Contractors in our network. We do not verify insurance coverage, bonding, or business licenses. Clients should request proof of insurance directly from Contractors.

3. Using Our Site

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting project requests or contractor applications
  • Not use our Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise our Site or API infrastructure
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute content from our Site without permission
  • Not submit project requests on behalf of others without their consent

4. Client Responsibilities

If you submit a project request, you understand that:

  • Your contact information and project details will be shared with Contractors in your area
  • Contractors may contact you by phone, email, or text message to discuss your project
  • You are under no obligation to hire any Contractor we match you with
  • Any contract for survey services is between you and the Contractor, not between you and Aerius View
  • You are responsible for reviewing Contractor credentials, insurance, and references before hiring

5. Contractor Responsibilities

If you apply to join our network, you understand that:

  • You must hold a valid, active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • You are solely responsible for complying with all FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, and local laws
  • You are responsible for your own insurance, equipment, and business operations
  • Any work you perform for a Client is your responsibility, not ours
  • We may remove you from our network at any time for any reason, including misrepresentation, safety violations, or poor performance
  • Lead pricing and first-lead-free promotions may change at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Aerius View or Agentic Trust and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerius View and Agentic Trust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or the services provided by Contractors. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our Site shall not exceed $100.

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Contractors. Any dispute regarding survey services is between you and the Contractor.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aerius View, Agentic Trust, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any Contractor or Client.

9. No Warranties

Our Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that any Contractor will be available, qualified, or capable of performing satisfactory work.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
